Rest in peace Chris Marker, such a unique and powerful voice in the arts. He died last Sunday at 91. Although he’s best known for La Jetée, I always come back to his docu-poetic travelogue Sans Soleil is absolutely stunning and reveals something new every time I see it.

I’m so thrilled to finally have the EP tunes in mastering. James Plotkin is handling it, he mastered Anenon’s luminous debut LP Inner Hue, one of my favs from this last year check it out.

I’m finally doing the last touches and mix-downs on the EP. It’s going to be between 5 and 6 songs. I’ve taken down the early listens I had posted on SoundCloud, the tunes have evolved a bit and are almost ready to go to master.
I’m going to release this as a Bandcamp digital-only EP. I’m hoping to get the cycle of releases up that way, depending on how well it does. Maybe later I’ll be able to put them out on vinyl with additional artwork, we’ll see how it goes.
